We were new to the Charlotte/NC area and he was diligent in explaining the whole process as well as very knowledgeable of house construction, design and property builders around the area. We worked with him for over 6 months and he was patient and was keeping us up to date with market trends and easily available to chat. He also has very good network of all the parties involved from putting an offer to closing a house which helped us close the house within a month. During the contract phase he was on top of the process and helped us negotiate some money. After closing, he also helped us get in touch with multiple local contractors.
